Coverage

- Against loss of or damage to the building and contents in case of fire, lightning, explosion, vehicle and aircraft impact.
- The landlord's liability (if the Insured is tenant).
- The neighbors and third parties recourse resulting from fire.

• Optional:
  additional coverage for earthquake, storm and tempest.

• Mode of payment:
  Monthly premium deducted automatically from your bank account at BBAC s.a.l.

• Conditions and features:
  - To be a client of BBAC s.a.l.
  - Building used for residential purposes.
  - The contract will be handed to you immediately from the branch.
  - The contract will be automatically renewed.

N.B.: Buildings under construction or restoration are excluded.
